**About the Position:**
The Associate Manager – CSR & Healthcare will support the planning, implementation, and monitoring of corporate social responsibility initiatives focused on healthcare programs. This role ensures the successful execution of projects aimed at improving community health while aligning with the company’s CSR objectives.
**Responsibilities:**
– Program Support and Implementation: Assist in designing and executing healthcare-focused CSR programs such as medical camps, health awareness campaigns, and infrastructure projects. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth project execution. Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope, budget, and quality parameters.
– Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a liaison between the company and community stakeholders to understand local healthcare needs and challenges. Build and maintain relationships with partner organizations, healthcare providers, and beneficiaries.
– Monitoring and Reporting: Track project progress, gather data, and prepare reports on program outcomes and impact. Assist in preparing statutory and internal CSR reports, ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g., CSR spending). Monitor and analyze healthcare program KPIs to ensure goals are met.
– Communication and Awareness: Support communication efforts to promote CSR activities internally and externally, including creating content for reports, newsletters, and social media. Assist in organizing events and campaigns to raise awareness about the organization’s healthcare initiatives.
– Administrative and Budget Support: Provide administrative support for CSR activities, including scheduling, documentation, and record-keeping. Assist in budget planning, tracking expenditures, and ensuring efficient use of funds for healthcare projects.
**Mandatory Qualification and Experience:**
– Master’s degree in Public Health or a related field.
– Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare programs on the ground.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Proficiency in data analysis and impact assessment tools.
– Familiarity with healthcare-related CSR activities and partnerships.
– Experience in project coordination and stakeholder management.
**Salary:**
6.60 LPA to 7.80 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
