**Position Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to lead and execute education and CSR programs.  This role requires strategic planning, partnership development, stakeholder engagement, and program implementation across various locations.

**Responsibilities:**

* Develop and implement strategic plans for education and skill development projects in collaboration with senior management.

* Establish and cultivate partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

* Identify and map key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, and academic institutions.

* Manage communication with client organizations, ensuring smooth program execution and learner engagement.

* Facilitate workshops, meetings, events, and project-based learning activities for students and young adults.

* Develop educational resources, including workshop materials, reports, and other supporting documents.

* Conduct capacity-building sessions for students, teachers, principals, and other relevant stakeholders.

* Monitor and track project data and records to ensure effective program implementation.

* Undertake extensive travel as required by project needs.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, or IT; a Master’s degree is preferred.

* 3-5 years of experience in CSR, education, or skill development programs.

* Proven leadership and team management skills.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

* Experience in partnership development and stakeholder engagement.

* Proficiency in organizing and facilitating workshops, events, and meetings.

* Skills in content development and curriculum design.

* Strong organizational and project management abilities.

* Willingness to travel extensively.
