**Job Description: Associate Manager – Impact Communications**  

**Location:** Ahmedabad, Gujarat  

**Salary Range:** ₹6.00 LPA to ₹7.8 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)  

**About the Position:**  

The Associate Manager – Impact Communications will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the organization’s communication strategies. This individual will be responsible for ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across internal and external channels. The role requires a dynamic communicator who can effectively manage media relations, develop content, and execute campaigns that enhance the company’s reputation and visibility.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Develop and implement communication strategies aligned with organizational goals.  

– Oversee content creation, including press releases, newsletters, social media updates, and collateral materials.  

– Manage internal communications and coordinate with HR on policies and events.  

– Handle crisis communication and monitor media coverage to mitigate risks.  

– Analyze communication efforts and report on performance metrics.  

– Manage online presence through media partnerships and content distribution.  

– Design brand representation for events and support offline marketing initiatives.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.  

– Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.  

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  

– Strong interpersonal abilities and proficiency with digital tools.  

– Knowledge of media monitoring tools is a plus.
