## Associate Manager – Learning & Development

**Job Location:** New Delhi, India
**Responsibilities:**
* **Training and development for building internal capability:**
* Training need identification
* Creating annual training strategy and plan
* Owning and driving training plan implementation
* Content design and creation
* **Data management and analytics:**
* Maintaining training data
* Creating feedback forms and conducting feedback analysis
* Creating monthly reports, trackers and dashboards
* Updating training repository and resources
* **Support in learning and talent management initiatives:**
* Creating a skill matrix and competency mapping
* Creating career development plans
* Support in new initiatives/projects, as required.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
* **Education:** MBA/PGDM in Human Resource
* **Experience:** 5-8 years of experience in learning and development
**Skills:**
* In-depth experience in planning and conducting training programs
* Good experience in content creation and design
* Good communication skills (verbal and written)
* Good presentation making and delivery skills
* Exposure in organization-wide interventions (desirable)
