About Future Perfect

In joining the Future Perfect team at the CSDE vertical of The/Nudge Institute, you are joining a team charged with ensuring quality interventions for the underprivileged youth in the country. You will be primarily working on an exciting initiative at The/Nudge that aims to build and deliver high-quality English and employability training that would enable our students to find jobs and grow in their careers.
The team is outcome-focused and excited about creating English learning interventions that drive positive behavior and mindset change in adults. You will flourish on this team if you are collaborative, results-driven, love to improve, and have fun while working hard continuously.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly energetic, passionate, and high ownership team member to lead the learning experience design for the different English learning interventions being piloted. This role would require you to design and develop adaptive multi-modal learning experiences that accelerate learner adoption and activities that enable performance-based learning outcomes.

This role will require you to focus on two core areas:

Learning experience design

  • Design online spoken English learning experiences with proven outcomes for adult learners
    using human centered design approach.
  • Manage development of curriculum and content for achieving defined learning outcomes and
    positive learner experience, while ensuring quality at speed and scale.
  • Define and track key learning & experience metrics to improve tracking, analyses, and decision making.

Product design and experimentation

  • Develop a deep understanding of the users: their problems, their needs, their desires and translate them into product requirements.
  • Conduct rigorous experimentation to make evidence based product iterations using qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Drive innovations, conduct targeted pilots and iterations to improve the product design for implementation at scale.

We are looking for people who have:

  • Work experience of at least 4-6 years in education or skill development space.
  • Proven work experience in instructional design, lesson and curriculum planning skills.
  • Experience with working in curriculum and educational content creation through different mediums.
  • Knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
  • Demonstrated growth mindset – learning continuously, improving, updating points of views & knowledge.
  • Strong research, analytical skills, and experience in using data to draw insights.
  • High energy and curiosity to understand things in depth.
  • Fluency in Kannada/Tamil preferred.
