About Indian Administrative Fellowship:

Indian Administrative Fellowship (IAF) is an 18-month fellowship program for senior private sector talent to work closely with the government to catalyse innovation and governance transformation, by extending the reach and efficiency of large scale government programs, under the guidance of visionary civil servants.

At The/Nudge you will:

  • design, build, manage and monitor the project plan for a portfolio of fellowship departmental projects laying out all the key activities, dependencies, resources, risks, schedule, budgets, and updating all the key actors while keeping the project outcome(s) at the centre
  • support and enable fellowship projects across departmental domains and provide key inputs for improving the project/program outcomes
  • support the fellow designates with project research, data analysis, field visits, and reporting
    work across multiple fellows/departments on reviewing the current policy/project design to identify gaps, and suggest solutions to ensure the project-specific outcomes are achieved
  • work closely with the State Unit Head to report project progress and requirements for the fellows and have it deliberated and actioned out
  • understand and execute assignments on summarising policy/program documents and undertaking data analysis
  • build institutional learning, competencies and insights for the IAF program and subsequent cohorts

Apply if you have:

  • 5-7 years of overall full time work experience
  • high energy and passion for doing impactful work
  • prior experience in end to end project/product management and tools
  • the ability to work with diverse stakeholder groups in a fast-paced environment
  • demonstrated ability to work under uncertainty, ability to articulate a vision, and secure buy-in from stakeholders

Would be great if you have:

  • prior experience in the development/public sector
  • prior exposure to leading government partnerships
  • written and spoken fluency in Punjabi
  • prior exposure to the subject matter of the state departmental engagements (as listed on the website)
