**Position Overview:**
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Product – Asha Kiran to lead our program aimed at empowering women farmers through sustainable livelihood interventions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct immersive field research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
– Translate research into actionable designs and operational frameworks.
– Prototype and test solutions with real users, iterating based on feedback.
– Develop and manage large-scale operations, including field teams and stakeholder collaboration.
– Ensure evidence-based decision-making through data collection and analysis.
– Streamline on-ground operations and collaborate with key partners.
**Qualifications:**
– 2-7 years of experience in user research, service design, or product development.
– Strong understanding of human-centered design methods.
– Experience managing large teams and handling complex projects.
– Bias for action, strong project management skills, and ability to influence stakeholders.
– Fluency in Hindi and English is essential.
**Additional Requirements:**
– Willingness to travel extensively (at least 50% time) in rural areas.
– Demonstrated experience in UI/UX design for offline programs is a plus.
