– **Program Framework:** Develop frameworks and establish KPIs for the adoption module.  

– **Data Evaluation:** Use data to assess operations, identify issues, and recommend improvements.  

– **User Insights:** Gather insights from field observations and data analysis to enhance user experience.  

– **Strategic Planning:** Implement plans to streamline program execution.  

– **Collaboration:** Work with partners and stakeholders to deliver new initiatives.
