**Job Description:**  

We are seeking an Associate Manager, Product Management to lead the adoption module of the Asha Kiran program. This role involves:  

– **Product Development:** Own the entire product development process, including problem identification, solution design, and piloting.  

– **Framework & KPIs:** Develop frameworks and establish key performance indicators for the adoption module.  

– **Data Evaluation:** Use data to assess operations and improve user experiences through insights.  

– **Strategic Implementation:** Streamline program implementation and collaborate with partners to achieve goals.  

**Key Qualifications:**  

– 1+ years of experience in product development, strategy, or user research.  

– Strong project management and stakeholder influence skills.  

– Bias for action and collaboration.  

– Experience in user research and UI/UX design is a plus.  

– Fluency in Hindi and English.  

– Willingness to travel 50% of the time to rural areas.
