**Job Description:**
We are seeking an Associate Manager, Product Management to lead the adoption module of the Asha Kiran program. This role involves product development, strategic planning, and collaboration with stakeholders to drive sustainable livelihood interventions for women farmers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Own the entire product development process for the adoption module.
– Develop frameworks and establish KPIs for the module.
– Conduct user research and enhance user experience through data analysis.
– Implement strategic plans to streamline program execution.
– Collaborate with partners to deliver new initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
– 3-6 years of relevant work experience in product development, strategy, or user research.
– Strong project management skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
– Bias for action and collaboration.
– Fluency in Hindi and English.
– Willingness to travel extensively in rural areas (50% of the time).
This role is based in Lucknow and requires a commitment to working in deep rural settings.
