**Role Overview:**
As the Associate Manager, Product Ops at The/Nudge Institute, you will lead the innovation and design of tech-driven platforms to support identification, enumeration, screening, distribution, and adoption tracking for millions across diverse geographies. You will also oversee end-to-end research, product design, and strategy for impactful program delivery.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Innovate scalable platforms for program implementation.
– Lead research, product development, and lifecycle management.
– Operationalize products by building capacity in field teams and government partners.
– Bridge on-ground teams with central product teams and external stakeholders.
– Cultivate partnerships with governments, NGOs, and philanthropic organizations.
– Foster a culture of continuous learning and iterative design improvement.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate/Post-Graduate (Product Management, Rural Development preferred).
– 5-8 years in product management with experience in scalable solutions.
– Strong research, product development, and lifecycle management skills.
– Willingness to travel extensively to rural and remote locations.
– Proficiency in English and Hindi.
