About the Position
CSRBOX Impact Practice is searching for a passionate and driven Associate Manager – Social Impact & Government Collaboration to join our team in Lucknow. In this role, you will play a critical role in fostering collaboration between CSRBOX, corporations, and the government to create positive social change and address critical societal issues in the UP state.
Responsibilities
As the Associate Manager – Social Impact & Government Collaboration, you will work closely with the Government Leadership and Invest UP Team on one side and explore synergies and
collaborative canvas with businesses in India. you will be responsible for:
- Strategy and Partnership Development:Identify and prioritize social issues relevant to the Uttar Pradesh state
- Develop and maintain relationships with government agencies, NGOs, and other stakeholders in the state
- Collaborate with corporate partners to identify CSR initiatives that align with their goals and the needs in the state
- Develop proposals and secure funding for social impact projects in collaboration with government and corporate partners.
- Project Management:Manage the implementation of social impact projects in collaboration with government, corporate, and community partners.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress, identify and address challenges, and ensure successful completion within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Oversee data collection and analysis to measure the impact of social initiatives.
- Communication and Reporting:To work on UP CSR Portal concept plan and then work with the key stakeholders to actualise the portal
- Prepare regular reports on project progress, impact, and challenges for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop communication materials (e.g., presentations, reports, case studies) to showcase the success of social initiatives.
- Manage communication with government, corporate, and community partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advocacy and Capacity Building:Advocate for policies and initiatives that promote positive social change in the state
- Build the capacity of local stakeholders to address social issues effectively.
Mandatory Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the social impact sector, government relations, or related field.
- Strong understanding of social issues relevant to the State and India as a whole.
- Experience in project management, proposal writing, and budgeting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Fluency in English and Hindi (highly desirable).
