**Job Summary:**

Lead initiatives focused on creating positive social impact and driving sustainability within CSRBOX.  Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies aligned with the company’s social responsibility goals. This role requires project management skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for social impact.

**Responsibilities:**

* **Strategy Development:** Collaborate with senior leadership to define and refine CSR strategy; identify opportunities to integrate social responsibility into business operations; contribute to the development of short- and long-term goals for social impact initiatives. Conduct field research using quantitative and qualitative methods.

* **Project Management:** Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor social impact projects; develop project timelines and allocate resources; track progress, resolve challenges, and maintain effective communication.

* **Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:** Cultivate relationships with corporates, community groups, and stakeholders; collaborate with external partners on social initiatives; engage employees, customers, and shareholders to promote awareness and participation.

* **Reporting & Communication:** Prepare reports and presentations on initiative progress and impact; communicate successes and challenges to internal and external audiences; share stories to inspire engagement.  Technical report writing, SDGs alignment, benchmarking, client interactions, and presenting reports to senior management are required.

* **Sustainability Integration:** Work with relevant teams to embed sustainability practices across business functions; collaborate with supply chain, operations, and marketing to promote responsible practices.

* **Continuous Improvement:** Stay informed about social impact trends and best practices; identify areas for improvement and propose innovative ideas.

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

* Post-graduate degree in Management, Social Science, Rural Management, Sustainability, or CSR.

* 1 to 3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role.

* Demonstrated project management experience, leading initiatives from concept to execution.

* Strong understanding of social impact strategies, sustainability frameworks, and industry trends.

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

* Proven ability to work across departments and with external partners.

* Analytical skills to measure and report the impact of social initiatives.

* Passion for social responsibility and creating positive change.

* Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).

* Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.

**Salary:** INR 7.20 LPA – 10.40 LPA (Depending on experience)
