**Experience Required:** 4+ years of experience in CSR, social impact consulting, or sustainability, with a focus on designing and managing CSR initiatives, with two years core experience in Impact Consulting.

 

**Job Summary:**

 

As the Associate Manager – Social Impact Solutions, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing CSR strategies for corporate clients, aiming to maximize their social and environmental impact.  You will provide expert advice, manage impactful projects, and build strong client relationships while fostering innovation and collaboration within the CSR sector.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

 

* **CSR Strategy Development:** Design and develop tailored CSR strategies aligned with client objectives and global sustainability standards (e.g., UN SDGs, GRI). Conduct stakeholder mapping and materiality assessments to identify key areas of focus. Collaborate with clients to create actionable plans that drive social, economic, and environmental benefits.

* **Impact Consulting & Advisory:** Provide expert advice on CSR trends, impact measurement, and best practices to clients across various sectors. Conduct research and analysis to recommend innovative approaches for addressing social and environmental challenges. Assist clients in integrating sustainability and CSR principles into their core business operations.

* **Project Management:** Oversee the end-to-end management of CSR projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and regulatory requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to implement community development, education, health, and environmental programs. Develop timelines, budgets, and KPIs to track project performance and outcomes.

* **Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E):** Develop M&E frameworks for CSR programs to assess their social and environmental impact. Prepare detailed reports, case studies, and presentations for stakeholders, showcasing program effectiveness and areas for improvement. Utilize data-driven insights to recommend adjustments and improvements to clients’ CSR initiatives.

* **Client Relationship Management:** Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, acting as their trusted advisor on CSR and sustainability. Facilitate workshops, presentations, and training sessions for client teams. Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events to strengthen partnerships and generate new business opportunities.

* **Partnership & Stakeholder Engagement:** Identify and collaborate with NGOs, social enterprises, and government bodies to drive impactful CSR initiatives. Engage with community leaders and local stakeholders to ensure programs are aligned with the needs of the target populations. Manage partnerships with external organizations for program funding, co-implementation, or resource sharing.

* **Innovation in CSR:** Research emerging trends in CSR and sustainability, and propose innovative approaches for enhancing client programs. Explore new areas for client engagement, such as employee volunteering, sustainability reporting, circular economy projects, and inclusive business practices. Stay updated on global CSR regulations and standards to ensure compliance and leadership in the sector.

 

**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**

 

* Post-graduate degree in Business, Sustainability, Public Policy, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree in CSR, Environmental Science, Development Studies, or an MBA is highly desirable.

* 4+ years of experience in CSR, social impact consulting, or sustainability, with a focus on designing and managing CSR initiatives with two years core experience in Impact Consulting.

* Proven experience in working with corporate clients to develop and execute CSR strategies and programs.

* Demonstrated project management experience, leading initiatives from concept to execution.

* Strong understanding of the education and skilling landscape, particularly in low-resource settings.

* Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

* Strong analytical and research capabilities, with a focus on impact measurement and data-driven decision-making.

* Passion for social responsibility, sustainability, and creating positive change in society.

* Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

* Experience with sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.

 

**Compensation:** INR 10.00 to 12 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)
