**Job Description: Associate Manager – Social Impact Solutions**
**Location:** Pune

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Lead initiatives focused on creating positive social impact and driving sustainability.
– Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to develop and execute strategies aligned with the company’s social responsibility goals.
– Conduct field research using quantitative and qualitative methods.
– Manage cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and monitor CSR projects.
– Engage with corporates, community groups, and other stakeholders to co-create impactful social initiatives.
– Prepare reports and communicate progress, outcomes, and impact of initiatives.
– Integrate sustainability practices across business functions and promote responsible practices.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:**
– Post-graduate degree in Management, Social Science Stream, Rural Management, Sustainability, or CSR.
– 1-3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or a similar role.
– Demonstrated project management experience.
– Strong understanding of the education and skilling landscape in low-resource settings.
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
– Analytical skills to measure and report impact using relevant metrics.
– Proficiency in data analysis and presentation tools (Excel, PowerPoint).
– Knowledge of sustainability reporting standards (e.g., GRI, SASB) is a plus.
– Proficiency in Marathi is required.
**Salary Range:** INR 7.20 LPA – 10.20 LPA (Depending on relevant experience)
