**Job Description: Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition**

**Salary:** INR 5.40 LPA-8.40 LPA (Depending on the relevant experience)

**Position Overview:**  

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition to support and lead hiring initiatives across various business functions. This role will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor junior recruiters, and ensure a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational goals.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

– Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across departments.  

– Partner with project managers to define role requirements, sourcing strategies, and selection criteria.  

– Lead sourcing efforts through job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach.  

– Screen and interview candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.  

– Maintain and track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and process improvements.  

– Ensure compliance with hiring policies, labor laws, and internal procedures.  

– Collaborate on employer branding activities and talent marketing campaigns.  

– Support workforce planning and succession planning discussions with other HR team and department leaders.  

– Assist in other relevant tasks related to office operations.  

 

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.  

– 2–4 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate or high-growth environment.  

– Experience managing recruitment pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously.  

– Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.  

– Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.  

– Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a deadline-driven environment.
