About the Position
We are looking for an experienced professional who is keen on taking up a role that will lead the selection process of team members in the organization across the verticals and projects. The Associate Manager – Talent Acquisition plays a critical role by being responsible for defining Job Descriptions, Understanding the professional needs of projects, designing the scope of work, and then conducting the recruitment process in close collaboration with the operation team. The role requires the individual to understand the paradigm of public policy, the objectives of the organization, and the skill sets required to deliver on projects. It also requires the person to have an eye for judging people on the basis of information that may not always be straightforward. As a part of the Peoples’ Team, the person will be required to ensure that the organization gets the best talent from the market.
Remuneration: Commensurate to the experience and market standards
Qualifications required:
- Post-graduate degree in management, public policy, public administration or alike subjects with a preference for those having a multidisciplinary academic profile
- Minimum 3 years of work experience with a preference for those having worked on ground
- Eagerness to lead the selection process of team members and overall talent management
- Prior experience in working with multilateral agencies and large foundations will be preferred
- Strong organizational skills with objective decision making
Responsibilities
- Design Job Descriptions
- Carry out recruitment drives
- Do market research about incentive structure and other job conditions
- Handle end-to-end recruitments for both public policy and gov-tech positions
- Work directly with the Senior Management on organization’s need for talent
- Engage with universities and institutions for campus placement and other related exercises
- Oversee onboarding of newly recruited team members
- Build and maintain relations with talent sources like training organizations or international universities
- Support the partnership team in conducting joint affairs like events and campus interviews with universities
- Work with HR and admin team to take decisions as per the policy and guidelines
- Assist the CPO in handling the People Management of the organization
- Contribute to building the brand of the organization as a favorable place to work
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in recruitment trends, changes in priorities of job conditions, and developments in employee organization relations

Monday to Friday, 09:00 am to 06:00 pm, till late hours or on weekends in exceptional conditions
