At The/Nudge you will:

• be the single point of accountability for tech product to enable implementation and monitoring of program
• understand user needs deeply and translate them into product requirements & specs
• Lead implementation cycle of the end-to-end tech product
• conduct market research to identify solutions, gaps in current solution and proactively iterate designs and product roadmaps
• be enthusiastic about travel to remote rural areas, meet with stakeholders and gather insights first hand
• support operations in adoption, take feedback and iterate products to improve performance of overall program
• build partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to build the products

• Experience in leading zero-to-one initiatives
• Experience in designing products, initiatives, multi-stakeholder programs and/or businesses
• Experience in managing and supporting high-performance individuals
• Experience as an entrepreneur or an intrapreneur – success or failure is immaterial. If you’ve failed, even better
• Open to travel and stay in state and designated districts/block/panchayat & as per the needs of the program’s goals
