We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Training & Development initiatives, focusing on impactful training programs tailored to the needs of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. Designing and delivering training programs on topics such as MSME schemes, business planning, digital marketing, and regulatory compliance.  

2. Creating engaging training materials and learning resources aligned with organizational objectives.  

3. Conducting field visits to understand ground realities and tailoring training programs accordingly.  

4. Measuring the impact of training sessions and improving content based on feedback.  

5. Researching and training internal teams on formalization schemes, market and credit linkages, and platforms like TREDS, ONDC, and ODR.  

6. Regularly uploading training content onto the Learning Management System (LMS) and ensuring proper categorization.  

7. Staying updated on LMS features and providing recommendations for enhancements.  

**Qualifications:**  

– Bachelor’s degree/PG/MBA in management, Rural Management, Economics, Social Work, Behavioral Science, Technology, or Development Studies.  

– Minimum 2-5 years of experience in MSME sector support, consulting, or training.  

– Strong understanding of MSME operations, challenges, and opportunities.  

– Knowledge of government schemes, credit and market linkage platforms, regulatory frameworks, and financial products tailored for MSMEs.  

– Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.  

**Salary:** Competitive salary range of 5 – 7 L (Indian Rupees).
