**Job Description: Associate – Media & Communications**  

**Location:** Lucknow, U.P and Ranchi, Jharkhand

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. **Media Relations & Public Outreach**  

   – Develop and maintain relationships with journalists, media houses, and influencers.  

   – Draft press releases, media advisories, and opinion pieces to promote CEED’s initiatives.  

   – Organize press conferences, media briefings, and interviews for leadership and spokespersons.  

   – Monitor media coverage and analyze the impact of media engagements.  

 

2. **Content Development & Storytelling**  

   – Create compelling content, including articles, blogs, case studies, newsletters, and reports.  

   – Develop storytelling strategies to showcase the impact of CEED’s work.  

   – Ensure consistency in messaging across different communication platforms.  

 

3. **Social Media Management & Digital Outreach**  

   – Manage and grow CEED’s presence across social media platforms (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).  

   – Develop engaging multimedia content such as infographics, videos, and reels.  

   – Track social media analytics and optimize engagement strategies accordingly.  

 

4. **Branding & Communication Strategy**  

   – Ensure CEED’s branding guidelines are followed across all communication materials.  

   – Support the development of marketing collaterals such as brochures, banners, and campaign materials.  

   – Assist in executing communication strategies for awareness campaigns, workshops, and events.  

 

5. **Internal & Stakeholder Communication**  

   – Coordinate internal communication to ensure staff alignment with organizational goals.  

   – Support partnerships by developing communication materials for stakeholders and donors.  

   – Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external audiences.  

 

**Qualifications and Requirements:**  

– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field.  

– 1-3 years of experience in media relations, corporate communications, or digital marketing.  

– Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.  

– Proficiency in social media management tools and content creation platforms.  

– Experience in organizing press events and handling media queries.  

– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.  

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a creative mindset.  

 

**Salary:** Negotiable and at par with the industry.
