**Job Title:** Associate – Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)

**Role Overview:**
The Associate, MEL will contribute to Peepul’s Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning efforts, focusing on strengthening programs in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh. This role involves designing and implementing M&E frameworks, conducting impact evaluations, and using data to inform program design and decision-making.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Execute the organization’s MEL strategy to become a sector leader in impact measurement.
– Collaborate with the MEL team on monitoring and impact evaluation internally or with external agencies.
– Design and implement systems and processes to improve MEL and program cycles.
– Support data-based decision-making by designing monitoring frameworks and tools.
– Conduct quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis, and visualization for internal and external audiences.
– Ensure timely implementation of monitoring projects with a focus on execution and quality assurance.
– Interpret data to inform program design and implementation.
– Develop and update data dashboards in collaboration with partners.
**Requirements:**
– Educational Background: Relevant field such as international development, statistics, education, public policy, economics, or related areas.
– Work Experience: 2-4 years of experience in the private/public sector with successful research management and M&E in the development sector. Prior experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks is essential.
– Skills: Excellent quantitative, qualitative, problem-solving, analytical, and statistical analysis skills (including advanced Microsoft Excel and experience with tools like SPSS, Stata, R, Alteryx, or Python).
– Language Proficiency: English and Hindi.
