**Job Description:**  

The Associate – Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) will play a key role in ensuring the effective monitoring, reporting, and analysis of Lend A Hand India’s programs. This position requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and proficiency in data analysis, dashboard development, report writing, and coordination with state teams.  

 

**Key Responsibilities:**  

1. **Data Analysis & Reporting**  

   – Design data collection tools, clean, and analyze program data to assess progress and impact.  

   – Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on data insights for internal and external stakeholders.  

   – Ensure accuracy and consistency in data management across different projects.  

 

2. **Dashboard Development & Presentation Design**  

   – Develop interactive dashboards for program monitoring using Power BI, Google Data Studio, or Excel.  

   – Design visually appealing and data-driven infographic presentations for program reviews, donor reporting, and stakeholder meetings.  

   – Continuously refine dashboards and reports based on feedback from program teams.  

 

3. **Coordination with State Teams & Program Support**  

   – Work closely with state teams to ensure timely data collection, verification, and reporting.  

   – Provide training and capacity-building support on M&E tools and processes for state teams.  

   – Act as a bridge between the central M&E team and state teams, ensuring smooth communication and data flow.  

 

4. **Monitoring & Evaluation Processes**  

   – Assist in the development and implementation of M&E frameworks and tools.  

   – Track key program indicators and suggest improvements for program effectiveness.  

   – Support program evaluations, including baseline, mid-term, and end-line assessments.  

 

5. **Documentation & Learning**  

   – Document best practices, case studies, and lessons learned from program implementation.  

   – Assist in research activities and contribute to internal learning sessions.  

 

**Qualifications & Skills:**  

– Educational Qualification: Any Post Graduate/Graduate degree from a recognized university. Having MSW will be an added advantage (Not Mandatory).  

– Experience: 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in M&E, data analysis, reporting, or program evaluation in the development sector.  

– Language: Fluency in Hindi & English.  

– Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Google Sheets, or other data visualization tools. Experience with data collection tools like KoboToolbox, ODK, or SurveyCTO is a plus. Strong ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights. Strong report-writing and presentation skills.  

– Soft Skills: Excellent coordination and communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
