About the role:

The Program Learning Associate will be the backbone of validating our inventions with data and evidence. They will have a bird’s eye view of all the programs running to provide high-quality education under the ambit of SEF. The Associate will be responsible for integrating learnings culled from all our projects run across urban spaces.

The individual we’re looking for:

  • Will Design and publish intervention impact reports for our programs in Delhi.
  • Will analyse and collate data across programs to inform growth, learning and program strategy
  • Will Build repository of evidence backed interventions, practices and processes at SEF
  • Will be passionate about research, evidence-based design and documentation
  • Will be highly analytical and competent to extract meaningful trends, patterns and insights from data and research.
  • Will be excited about driving excellence in the implementation
  • Will have the zest for continuous and independent learning and improvement
  • Will have a knack for designing, executing and evaluating interventions for social change
  • Will continuously ponder and articulate what will it take to transform the educational landscape in India

You must have:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a minimum of which 2 years of teaching experience and preference will be given to those with prior experience in monitoring and evaluation.
  • Knowledge of program design and learner-centric pedagogical practices
  • Excellent research and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The wherewithal to work under ambiguity and be innovative with limited resources
  • Patience to navigate all kinds of unprecedented challenges and failures
  • Thorough knowledge of monitoring and evaluation tools
  • Mandatory proficiency in Excel and G Suite (proficiency in Stata and Tableau will be an added advantage) 

At SEF, you will:

  • Work closely with the Chief Program Officer, Learning and Insights Lead and implementation teams to gather learnings and insights
  • Will support in documenting research-rooted evidence to develop the best educator practices
  • Create structures and tools that will effectively support our educational initiatives
  • Write journals/articles/blogs to document key insights from these training

You will need to:

  • Have a strong desire to make a difference
  • Be comfortable with nonprofit salaries
  • Be quick on your feet as a decision-maker
  • Meet targets and deadlines as required
  • Be willing to take up additional responsibilities outside your profile if need be
  • Commit to working with us for a minimum of 2 years, as change takes time

Salary and benefits

Compensation will be between Rs, 4,50,000 – Rs 6,00,000 based on the experience of the candidate and will include the following perks
