**About the Impact Hub Team**

 

The Impact Hub at The/Nudge Institute is a leading M&E and Knowledge center for the livelihood ecosystem. We conduct high-quality evaluations and research while serving as the Impact Measurement and Management function for all T/NI programs. We collaborate with the best organizations in government, market, and civil society to create knowledge products, generating actionable insights with a focus on evaluations and action research. 

 

**Job Description:**

 

We are seeking a passionate and talented Associate, Quantitative Researcher, to join our Impact Hub team. You will play a crucial role in conducting high-impact research, evaluating the effectiveness of our programs, and developing data-driven solutions to address poverty.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Be a vital member of a team recognized as a thought leader in “Impact Measurement & Management,” influencing the field through a deep understanding of academic and practitioner perspectives.

* Manage and analyze data to report on program progress across our initiatives, synthesizing learnings and recommending program design changes.

* Conduct in-depth studies on the antecedents and consequences of “livelihood” interventions, recommending program design improvements, especially in the context of the Graduation Approach.

* Assist in study design and collect primary data from program participants in remote locations.

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or a related field.

* Strong proficiency in statistical software (e.g., R, SPSS, Stata, Python) and data analysis tools.

* Knowledge of advanced statistical methods such as ANOVA, Regression analysis, Time series, Forecasting, and other techniques.

* At least 2 years of experience in designing and conducting quantitative research.

* Strong analytical skills to interpret and manage large datasets and derive meaningful insights.

* A strong desire to make a difference and a passion for solving problems.

* Proven track record in working in a fast-paced environment.
