We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, Associate Recruiter based in India to attract and hire top people, develop talent strategies, and proactively build pipelines for future hiring needs.
This role will be an Individual Contributor role on Third Party Payroll-Randstad aligned to the Asia, Middle East and European region and reporting in the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
The incumbent will be:
- Recruiting for the open positions aligned with defined business verticals and sub verticals.
- Review resumes, interview candidates, lead post interview discussions, and manage candidate communications and expectations.
- Initiative-taking, engagements and effective communications skills and working which will have following expectation:
Inward Looking
- Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the Recruiting team, Hiring Managers, HR Colleagues,
- Regional Managers among others, in managing open positions as per defined process, SLA’s and KPI’s
- Provide support to the Recruiting team on posting jobs on Workday. Regularly engaging with stakeholders to communicate and respond to queries with minimum support and supervision.
- Support in conducting background checks and maintain regular trackers, dashboards and recruitment metrics as per regional & global ways of working.
- Adapting innovative technology skills and direct experience on using new Recruiting Systems (i.e., Workday, Hire Right, Skill-Survey, etc.)
Outward Looking
- Attract and source candidates for open roles utilizing innovative technology, social media, targeted outreach, and networking.
- Review resumes, interview candidates, lead post interview discussions
- Manage candidate communications and expectations.
- Keep shortlisted candidates warm through regular touchpoints.
- Proactively build pipelines for future growth
Must have skills
- A minimum of 4- 6years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting with exposure to the INGO or life sciences sector preferred.
- Relevant HR/Business degree preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated effectiveness working efficiently, productively, and with urgency in a fast-paced, complex environment.
- Strong on MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) with eye for details.
- High on energy and go getter attitude and mindset.
- Proven success using online recruiting tools and strategies to identify talent. Experience of using
- Workday ATS is an added advantage.
