We are seeking a talented, enthusiastic, Associate Recruiter based in India. This role will be Individual Contributor role aligned to the Asia, Middle East and European region reporting in the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager

What does the day look like in the life of an Associate Recruiter @PATH ?

An Associate Recruiter is a forward-looking role and is a face and influencer of PATH for potential employees.

The incumbent will be:

  • Recruiting for the open positions aligned with defined business verticals and sub verticals.
  • Passionate for the work and take initiative, able to engage with stakeholders demonstrating effective communications skills delivering on the following expectations.

Inward Looking

  • Work closely, on a day-to-day basis, with the Recruiting Coordinators, Hiring Managers, HR Colleagues, Regional Managers among others, in managing open positions as per defined process, SLA’s and KPI’s
  • Regularly engaging with stakeholders to communicate and respond to queries with minimum support and supervision.
  • Maintain regular trackers, dashboards and recruitment metrics as per regional & global ways of working.
  • Adapting innovative technology skills and direct experience on using new Recruiting Systems (i.e., SilkRoad, Skill-Survey, Avature, etc.)

Outward Looking

  • Source candidates for open roles utilizing innovative technology, social media (LinkedIn), targeted outreach, and networking.
  • Review resumes, interview candidates, lead post interview discussions
  • Manage candidate communications and expectations.
  • Keep shortlisted candidates warm through regular touchpoints.

Required Experience 

  • A minimum of 4- 6years’ experience in full life cycle recruiting with exposure to the INGO or life sciences sector preferred.
  • Relevant HR/Business degree preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated effectiveness working efficiently, productively, and with urgency in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Strong on MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel) with eye for details.
  • High on energy and go getter attitude and mindset
  • Proven success using online recruiting tools and strategies to identify talent.
