**Job Description: Associate, School & Community Relations – Delhi**

**Location:** Delhi
**Position Summary:**
The Associate, School & Community Relations will manage school and community partnerships, support stakeholder management, and collaborate with the Program team to ensure effective partnerships. The role involves fostering collaboration among Fellows and stakeholders, analyzing data for problem-solving, and driving initiatives to enhance educational equity.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Align Stakeholder Management with Program priorities.
– Engage School Leaders to deepen understanding of Teach For India’s mission.
– Collect and analyze data on stakeholder investments and management.
– Formulate recommendations and solutions for Program priorities.
– Network with organizations to address school, student, and community issues.
– Ensure smooth MoU renewals and explore new partnerships.
– Build capacity among Fellows, Staff, and stakeholders through training sessions.
– Lead city-wide events and support Fellows in implementing high-impact projects.
– Design and implement a year-long Community Engagement strategy.
– Identify and cultivate partnerships to meet programmatic goals.
– Manage school, community, and Fellow databases.
– Support recruitment, training, and organizational initiatives as needed.
**Qualifications:**
– Graduate in any stream with 2+ years of work experience.
– Experience in relationship building and stakeholder engagement.
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
– Willingness to visit schools and communities daily.
– Ability to negotiate with diverse stakeholders.
– Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
– Data orientation and impact analysis.
– Proficiency in the local language Marathi.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
– Experience working with stakeholders in low-income communities.
– Passion for mobilizing stakeholders to drive change.
