**Job Description: Associate & Senior Associate (Data Science & Engineering) – India**
**Location:** Delhi, India
**Experience Required:**
– **Associate:** 1-3 years of relevant experience in data science, impact evaluations, or related fields.
– **Senior Associate:** 4-6 years of relevant experience in data science, impact evaluations, or related fields.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Conduct data analysis and engineering tasks to support impactful decision-making.
– Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation systems.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute quick turnaround surveys and process evaluations.
– Engage in preference elicitation and monitoring system development.
– Uphold the organization’s commitment to dignity and equity in all projects.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong technical skills in data science, statistics, or related fields.
– Experience with impact evaluations, data analysis, and process evaluation.
– Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
– Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, results-oriented environment.
