**Job Description: Associate/Senior Associate – Donor Management & Fund Raising**

**Required Experience:**
– 3-4 years of experience in donor management or communications within the non-profit sector.
**Key Responsibilities:**
– Manage relationships with donors and funding partners.
– Handle documentation for donors and partners.
– Assist with presentations, reports, and donor updates.
– Work on RFPs and identify potential funding opportunities.
**Qualifications:**
– Strong communication skills.
– Knowledge of fundraising processes.
– Organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Undergraduate degree from a reputed university.
– Experience with international donors is an advantage.
