Engaging with diverse stakeholders, including individuals, parents, educators, employers, policymakers, and industry leaders, our interventions include:
- Changinkk the narrative through sensitization and advocacy
- Strengthening public policy and governance for systems transformation
- Providing advisory services to institutional partners
- Building capacities of stakeholders
- Implementing catalytic lighthouse programmes to plug gaps
- Undertaking research and publishing toolkits and reports
- Since our inception, a little over two years ago, our accomplishments include our inclusion approach being showcased to the Hon’ble Prime Minister, active engagement with 5 ministries across 13 government departments and 5 States & UTs, building capacities of 55,000+ stakeholders, supporting 50 organizations to adopt a dyslexic lens, and implementing lighthouse programs for early detection, model inclusive districts, exemplar educational institutions, and an #Inclusion4Innovation entrepreneurship initiative. Our #Speak4Dyslexia campaign has been widely adopted by government and industry, with an organic reach exceeding 250 million.
About the Role
We are seeking dynamic and highly motivated individuals to join our Flagship Programs & Strategic Initiatives Team as Associates/Senior Associates. The successful candidates will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and management of our organization’s strategic lighthouse programs at the central and state levels, including programs for early detection, model inclusive districts, exemplar educational institutions (school and higher education), and an #Inclusion4Innovation entrepreneurship initiative. Roles & Responsibilities
- Program Planning and Design:Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the conceptualization and design of flagship programs and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in developing detailed program plans, timelines, and key performance indicators.
- Implementation Oversight:Take a lead role in the day-to-day execution of flagship programs, ensuring alignment with programme goals and objectives.
- Monitor program progress, address challenges, and implement corrective measures as needed.
Stakeholder Engagement:Engage with internal and external stakeholders, fostering relationships and ensuring collaboration throughout the program lifecycle. - Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and partners to achieve program objectives.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:Establish and implement a robust monitoring and evaluation framework for flagship programs.
- Conduct regular assessments to track program performance against predetermined metrics and indicators, provide insights into program impact and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and key learnings.
- Continuous Improvement:Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies in program implementation.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of best practices for flagship program management.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Collaborate with teams across the organization, including public policy, research, streategy, and communications, to ensure seamless coordination and integration of initiatives.
- Innovation and Creativity:Bring a creative and innovative mindset to the team, contributing fresh ideas and approaches to enhance the impact of flagship programs.
- Risk Management:Identify potential risks and challenges associated with program implementation.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies and work collaboratively to address unforeseen issues.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field. Post Graduate degree preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in program management, project execution, or strategic initiatives, preferably with the central or state government.
- Proficient in use of technology, including but not limited to Microsoft 365.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.

Compensation
Remuneration will be competitive with the development sector’s pay scales and will depend upon the candidates qualifications and experience.
