**Job Title:** Associate/Senior Associate – Outreach
**Location:** Noida
**Experience Required:** 2-5 years

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract prospective students.
2. Engage with diverse audiences, including NGOs, colleges, and institutes through regular follow-ups.
3. Identify and build strong partnerships, collaborating with external contacts to ensure high-quality content and outreach efforts.
4. Create and manage outreach materials, such as brochures, presentations, and digital content for social media and the website.
5. Track and analyze data related to outreach activities to optimize recruitment strategies.
6. Work closely with the admissions team to align outreach efforts with enrollment goals.
7. Monitor the effectiveness of outreach activities and recommend adjustments to enhance engagement and enrollment outcomes.
8. Draft communication and creatives for webinars, manage Q&A during events, and maintain social media databases.
**Qualifications:**
– 2-5 years of experience in outreach or admissions-related roles/projects.
– Any Master’s degree, preferably in Social Work, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Social Science, or Mass Media/Mass Communication.
– Quick learner with a go-getter attitude.
– Strong time-management skills and the ability to adapt to pressure and ambiguity.
– Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.
**Remuneration:**
The salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
