  • Centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives
  • Centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty
  • Centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges 

 At The/Nudge you will:

  • manage and support end to end deliverables with regards to people operations and employee relations across the entire employee life cycle
  • proactively analyze issues/trends (such as attrition, L&D Wallets expense, disengagement, etc.)
  • design and Implement celebrations (Nudgeversaries, Birthdays, Spirit of The/Nudge) for  all Nudgesters (employees) –  both onsite and virtually.
  • monitor internal HR systems and databases
  • own end to end processes for employee health insurance

Apply if you have:

  • a bachelor’s degree or above, in any discipline
  • work experience of between 2-5 years
  • at least 1-2 years experience in a similar position (preferred, not mandatory)
  • excitement for trying out newer ideas
  • a creative mindset for presentations and organizing events
  • comfort working with cross-functional teams with strong ownership and effective communication
  • a strong focus on process adherence and data management
  • excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • proficiency with microsoft excel or related software (good excel/sheet skills – moderate proficiency)
