Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Plan and strategize volunteer recruitment and management nationally.
- Monitor data related to volunteers, analyze and provide timely solutions.
- Facilitate volunteer engagement and feedback.
- Manage Volunteer Recognition, including volunteer awards.
- Support Learning and Development(L&D) for volunteers by assisting L&D team.
- Groom volunteers as leaders to prepare the organization to scale sustainable.
- Support and Lead Volunteer HR teams in the active cities.
- Campus Campaigns and Volunteer Recruitment.
Preferred Education Qualification / Experience:
- Volunteer experience with Bhumi / similar organization – essential, preferably in an HR role
- Work experience – desirable
- Any graduation – essential
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Solid Interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with volunteers
- Excellent communication skills – English, Hindi, and/or Tamil
- Active on social media to ensure prompt and consistent interaction with volunteers and coordinators – essential
- Proactive, Self-Monitored, Resourceful, Accountable
- Problem-solving and Decision-making skills are essential
- Willingness to travel nationally and locally as required
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
- High Emotional maturity
- A forward-thinking individual who actively identifies opportunities and suggests solutions.
- People management orientation to support teams
- Data-Oriented and Result Oriented yet focuses on Impact and Purpose over process
- Any institutional leadership role held/experience would be an advantage
Other Information:
Reporting to: Manager – Operations and HR
Designation: Associate to lead, based on the candidate’s profile
Expected Age: Below 30
Scope: Full time – Willing to work flexible hours
Weekly Holiday: Sunday and Monday
Remuneration – 3 LPA to 5 LPA Based on candidate’s profile
Expected Joining Date: Immediate
