• centre for Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (CSDE): enables underprivileged youth to lead flourishing lives.
• centre for Rural Development (CRD): enables rural families to come out of extreme poverty.
• centre for Social Innovation (CSI): nudges top talent to solve India’s biggest challenges.

At The/Nudge you will:

• support timely planning and execution of Incubator / Accelerator operations.
• organize and manage events and meetings including quarterly bootcamps.
• work with incubatees and internal teams to ensure timely and appropriate allocation and disbursement of funds.
• collect and manage documents to fulfill compliance requirements as per legal regulations.
• collate and analyze data to draw insights in the context of any ‘research ask’ as appropriate for team needs.
• work with internal teams (Finance, Marketing and Fundraising) w.r.t to operations.

Apply if you have:

• a graduate degree in any discipline.
• at least 2 years of work experience.
• experience of managing events.
• can work with multiple stakeholders under a high pressure environment.
• strong communication skills.
• the ability to learn fast and are good at multitasking.
• excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills
• a can-do attitude
