**Key Responsibilities**
* **Identifying Organizational Needs:** Analyze and identify the need for new applications to enhance business operations.
* **Technical Specification Preparation:** Develop detailed technical specifications for software development and implementation.
* **Implementation and Testing:** Implement, test, and integrate new applications to ensure alignment with organizational requirements.
* **System Maintenance:** Perform routine system backups, upgrades, and maintain the integrity and reliability of all operational systems and releases.
* **User Support:** Provide training and instructions to staff, monitor support requests, and respond promptly.
* **Issue Resolution:** Investigate, diagnose, and resolve system faults and errors to minimize downtime.
* **Communication:** Effectively communicate system issues and resolutions to users.
* **Vendor Liaison:** Liaise with software suppliers to fulfill organizational requirements and manage relationships.
* **Storage Management:** Manage storage servers and ensure optimal performance.
* **System Enhancement:** Schedule and run regular tests to enhance existing systems and applications, and identify and develop functionality changes.
* **Documentation:** Maintain comprehensive documentation of key databases and linked applications.
* **Regular Updates:** Attend regular meetings to provide task progress updates and present proposed application solutions.
* **SAAS and Cloud Accounts Management:** Manage billing and active services/subscriptions for SAAS and Cloud platforms.

* **Task Management:** Efficiently switch between tasks and maintain control in challenging situations.
* **Project Management:** Experience working on multiple projects concurrently, often within a collaborative team environment.
* **Communication Skills:** Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users and understand client needs.
* **Customer Service:** Strong customer service skills focused on user satisfaction.

**Educational Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Proven 3-4 years of experience in application analysis, system implementation, and support.
* Proficiency in database management and system integration.
* Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies.
* Experience with system backups, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
* Familiarity with various operating systems and software platforms.
* Relevant certifications are a plus.
