The Opportunity :

We are looking to hire passion people in Client Account Management Client Account Management: Engaging with current clients to track project deliverables, closely working with research and operations team to strategize, client reporting and client communications. Working towards renewing contracts and expansion of scope

What will the CAM team do? The CAM team will essentially be the external facing team “servicing the client”. They will act as a bridge between Sales and Operations. They will also work with the Operations team to get timely project updates, mitigating challenges, communicating challenges and solutions to the client, monitoring milestones to raise timely invoices and communicating the same to the Finance team. you will – Problem resolution. Assist PMs with challenging client requests or issue – escalations – Building long-term relationship with clients – Checking and approving the WSR before sending it to clients. Attending weekly – partner calls – Creating progress document on the project as and when the client demands with – support from Ops

Requirements

Education : Post-graduates with excellent communication and documentation

skills –

  • Experience in Client relations,
  • Client servicing,
  • Vendor management

Experince :

  • 3-7 years of experience in the relevant profile – Passion to make a change
