The Opportunity

We are looking to hire to Associate/Sr Associate for our Program Design Vertical Locations – South, East you will

– Build a repository of welfare schemes, with quality research in an easy comprehensible manner for our citizen-friendly platforms

– Learn, understand and document the welfare schemes structure of the government along with the budgetary architecture

– Build connections with key government officials and local bodies to collect updated information about different schemes and welfare programs

– Conduct field visits for verification of scheme application processes to check the veracity of the information and research

– Engage in intensive schemes training for field operations team to ensure efficiency, effectiveness and speed in delivering scheme benefits to citizens

– Work closely with the tech and product teams to contextualize scheme information for better adaptation on the platform

– Work closely with the partnerships team in engaging with external stakeholders, be it pre-sales or representing the organization at various forums

– Conceptualize and lead customized impact, research and analytical studies

Requirements

You should

– Be a post-graduate with excellent communication and documentation skills

– Have experience in policy research (public and private) and/or policy advocacy is an added advantage

– Have field exposure, MS office excellency, PG in public policy/development management or equivalent, project and HR management, Prior experience of working with government

– Minimum 2 + years of experience in the relevant profile

– Proficiency in the local state language of that state

– Readiness to travel extensively, mostly to remote locations within the state
