Job Description

Role :
We are looking for a Recruiter to join our people and culture team to help us grow our Technology and Business teams.
Responsibilities include managing talent database, offer letter generation, tracking & monitoring sources of hiring, tools, contracts. Hiring responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
- TA data management, tracker for hiring reviews, quarterly and monthly review decks for TA data
- Post job descriptions
- Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like instahyre, linkedin recruiter tool and IIM Jobs
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates
Requirements :
- 1-2 years of work experience as a Recruiter
- Excellent excel skills and powerpoint skills, is a must
- Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for open roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Linked- In Recruiter) and Familiarity with online job hunting websites
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effective negotiating skills
