Job Description

This is a remote position.

Role :

We are looking for a Recruiter to join our people and culture team to help us grow our Technology and Business teams.

Responsibilities include managing talent database, offer letter generation, tracking & monitoring sources of hiring, tools, contracts. Hiring responsibilities include sourcing, screening and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

  • TA data management, tracker for hiring reviews, quarterly and monthly review decks for TA data
  • Post job descriptions
  • Source potential candidates on niche platforms, like instahyre, linkedin recruiter tool and IIM Jobs
  • Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities
  • Craft and send personalized recruiting emails with current job openings to passive candidates

Requirements :

  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Recruiter
  • Excellent excel skills and powerpoint skills, is a must
  • Expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for open roles
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
  • Extensive knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Linked- In Recruiter) and Familiarity with online job hunting websites
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective negotiating skills
