**About The Strategy & Impact Team:**
The Strategy and Impact team acts as the internal consulting arm of Teach For India, providing critical insights and strategic guidance to the CEO, senior leadership, and various vertical heads. The team focuses on organizational planning, decision-making, monitoring and evaluation, and capacity building, contributing to the organization’s overall effectiveness and progress towards its goals.
**Job Location:**
This position offers opportunities across multiple locations in India, including: Mumbai, Pune, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Kolkata, and Ahmedabad.
**Responsibilities:**
* Support the design and execution of multiple projects aimed at organizational development, including quarterly reporting to the Board, Leadership teams, and staff.
* Conduct recurring cross-regional surveys and analyze results for different stakeholders, including Fellows, School Leaders, and other key groups.
* Analyze datasets to uncover insights, identifying trends in Fellow Attrition, Alumni impact data, etc.
* Create compelling documents to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations, including presentations to leadership teams.
* Conduct primary research, literature reviews, and benchmarking exercises to leverage best practices in strategic planning, monitoring, and organizational development.
* Support the design and execution of capacity building workshops for staff and leadership team members.
* Engage in brainstorming sessions to identify problems, hypothesize causes, and propose solutions.
* Contribute to the team goals and priorities, serving as an ambassador of the Teach For India brand.
* Support key organizational areas, such as Recruitment, Selection, Fundraising, Volunteering, and Movement Building.
**Minimum Qualifications & Experience:**
* Bachelor’s Degree from any stream.
* 0-2 years of professional work experience.
* Strong project management skills.
* Excellent working knowledge of Google Sheets and Google Slides or Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Data analysis and interpretation skills.
* Strong research capabilities and the ability to synthesize research and insights effectively in written reports or presentations.
* Highly organized with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications & Experience:**
* Experience in management consulting or project management.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* A result-driven and outcome-focused approach.
* Adaptable and flexible working style, comfortable with ambiguity.
