## Associate – Technology Implementation (Remote)
**Job Description**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented **Associate – Technology Implementation** to join our growing team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in implementing and maintaining our technology solutions, specifically focused on Give Grants.
**Responsibilities:**
* Work closely with the Give Grants team to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.
* Develop and implement new features and functionalities within our Give Grants system.
* Maintain and troubleshoot existing Give Grants technology infrastructure.
* Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
* Contribute to the design and implementation of data visualizations and reports to analyze Give Grants data.
* Write clean, well-documented code following best practices.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to our team’s knowledge base.
**Qualifications:**
* A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* 1-3 years of experience in a software development role.
* Strong understanding of SQL, data visualization, and data analysis techniques.
* Familiarity with Power App or similar low-code platforms is a plus.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
