## Associate – Technology Implementation (Remote)

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Associate – Technology Implementation to join our team on a remote basis. This role is critical in supporting our grantmaking processes and ensuring seamless implementation of our technology solutions.
**Responsibilities:**
* Implement and maintain our grant management software, including data entry, system configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights from our grant data.
* Develop and maintain data visualizations to communicate grant-related information effectively.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
* Develop and implement Power Apps solutions to automate processes and improve efficiency.
* Stay up-to-date on the latest technological advancements and trends in the non-profit sector.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in data analysis and visualization, with a strong understanding of SQL.
* Expertise in Power Apps development and a solid understanding of Microsoft technologies.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems.
