Job Opportunity for Associate, Training Support at Aangan Trust in Jaipur

Our programme in Rajasthan needs a highly organised, proactive, detailed and solution oriented individual to join our team. The individual will have the opportunity to be part of a one of a kind programme that seeks to enable the most marginalised groups to participate in decisions that affect them directly by build trust and creating strong communication channels between the community (specifically women and girls) and the Police.

What does the work involve?

• Assist with organising and coordinating training events
• Undertake field visit, training visit according the training plan and provide qualitative input
• Support the training team and Sr. Manager with program delivery, programme implementation and guide them where needed
• Problem solving and providing support wherever required
• Provide support with knowledge building and management
• Gather and compile data and information to support the monitoring and evaluation of the training and the programme
• Assist the state team in reviewing, reporting and preparing documentation

What do you bring?

• Degree in social work
• At least 2-3 years of work experience in programme/project management supportive roles for small to medium projects
• Knowledge of project implementation
• Excellent inter personal and communication skills required
• Excellent documentation skills
• Basic knowledge of Computers – MS office required
