**Job Description:**
We are seeking a talented and passionate Backend Software Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our core backend systems, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
**Responsibilities:**
* Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
* Collaborate with other engineers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
* Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to our continuous improvement processes.
* Proactively identify and resolve technical issues.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices in the backend development space.
**Requirements:**
* 3+ years of experience in backend software development.
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
* Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: Go, Python, Java, C++, or Rust.
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
* Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
* Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills.
* Passion for building high-quality software.
**Bonus Points:**
* Experience with distributed systems and microservices architectures.
* Experience with security development practices.
* Experience with DevOps tools and practices.
* Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
