**Job Title:** Beneficiary Success Manager

**Experience Required:** 10-12 years of experience in account management within sectors such as ecommerce or Agri Tech, with a focus on dealing with government officials/organizations and SMEs/Sellers/Kirana Stores/Travel SMEs/FPOs.
**Key Deliverables:**
– Manage key stakeholders including Local trade associations, business groups, state and local Government bodies.
– Ensure high engagement of beneficiaries with the program designed for micro Entrepreneurs.
– Execute beneficiary success strategies to drive product adoption and maximize value.
– Gather client/partner feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product team.
– Advocate for customer needs within the organization to ensure prioritization.
– Monitor engagement metrics, track success KPIs, and regularly report outcomes to leadership.
– Exhibit excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, strong organizational abilities, and superior written and verbal communication skills.
