**Job Description: Beneficiary Success Manager – Noida**
**Location:** Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India

**Job Requirements:**
– **Experience:** 10-12 years of experience in account management within industries such as ecommerce or Agri Tech, with a strong background in dealing with government officials, SMEs, sellers, Kirana stores, and Travel SMEs/FPOs.
– **Key Deliverables:**
– Manage key stakeholders, including local trade associations, business groups, state, and local government bodies.
– Ensure high engagement of beneficiaries with the program designed for microentrepreneurs.
– Execute strategies to drive product adoption and maximize value.
– Gather client/partner feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product team.
– Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
– Monitor engagement metrics, track success KPIs, and report outcomes to leadership.
– Possess excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, strong organizational abilities, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
