**Job Description: Beneficiary Success Manager – Pune**

**Experience Required:**
The ideal candidate will have **10-12 years of experience in account management** within industries such as e-commerce or Agri Tech. The role requires a strong understanding of government officials, SMEs, FPOs, Kirana Stores, Travel SMEs, and E-commerce Sellers.
**Key Deliverables:**
– Manage key stakeholders, including local trade associations, business groups, state, and local government bodies.
– Ensure high engagement of beneficiaries with the program designed for micro-entrepreneurs.
– Execute strategies to drive product adoption and maximize value.
– Gather client/partner feedback and communicate product improvement suggestions to the product team.
– Advocate for customer needs within the organization.
– Monitor engagement metrics, track success KPIs, and report outcomes regularly to leadership.

– Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
– Highly organized, detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
