Responsibilities:

Program Implementation and Management

  • Execute program activities in close coordination with State, District and Block teams
  • Ensure seamless coordination between program team and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate training and capacity building activities for ASHAs, ANMs and others as per program requirements
  • Escalate challenges and tech issues faced by ASHAs, ANMs, healthcare providers and other stakeholders to the district program team
  • Work closely with the stakeholders for rollout of Comprehensive Primary Health Care (CPHC) application
  • Facilitate dissemination of outreach material and other IEC-BCC activities for health workforce and citizens
  • Travel extensively for program activities
  • Support with registration of medical officers, ANMs and government health facilities on ABDM registries and track progress
  • Sensitization, outreach activities for registration of private healthcare providers on ABDM registries and drive adoption of ABDM-enabled HMIS in private health facilities
  • Document activities and field observations for program reports

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience;

  • Minimum of 3-4 years of experience and demonstrated skills in public health program implementation (experience in digital health projects preferable)
  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in public health or social work
  • Experience of working with state and district level government health department
  • Technical knowledge and field experience of planning and implementation in public health programs
  • Familiarity with Indian public health system, flagship initiatives in health sector and relevant government policies/ strategies particularly NHM, Ayushman Bharat Health & Wellness Centers, ABDM, National Health Programs etc.

  • Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate work effectively with senior staff, colleagues, donors, partner organizations, stakeholders, local institutions, and others at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks, short deadlines, and an emphasis on quality.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and report writing skills.
  • Excellent skills in facilitation, team building and coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task and thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure situations.
  • Excellent command over MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint
  • Fluency in English,  Hindi and Marathi essential.
  • Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to communicate effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multi-site organization and in a team-based structure.
  • Proven effectiveness while working in a team-based environment, but capable also of working independently.
