**Job Location:** Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar, Maharashtra, India

 

**Job Summary:**

 

PATH seeks a highly motivated Block Coordinator to support the implementation of its Digital Primary Healthcare program in Maharashtra.  This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including government health departments, to ensure timely project deliverables and the successful rollout of digital health interventions.  The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills, and a proven ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

 

**Responsibilities:**

 

* Liaise with district and block-level stakeholders.

* Collaborate with project teams at the block, district, state, and central levels.

* Support district staff in achieving project deliverables.

* Coordinate with district administration and participate in planning and review meetings.

* Ensure seamless coordination between project teams and stakeholders.

* Support landscaping exercises and gap assessments.

* Conduct training and capacity building for ASHAs, ANMs, and others.

* Provide handholding support to field staff.

* Facilitate IEC-BCC (Information, Education, and Communication – Behavior Change Communication) activities.

* Document project activities and progress.

* Create presentations for updates and meetings.

* Undertake other assigned tasks.

* Travel extensively within the district and state as needed.

 

 

**Qualifications:**

 

* Minimum 1-2 years of experience in public health program implementation (digital health experience preferred).

* Experience working with state and/or district-level government health departments is desirable but not mandatory; freshers are encouraged to apply.

* Willingness to work with government public health facilities and field functionaries.

* Master’s degree in management, public health, social work, or a similar field from a reputable institution.

* Technical knowledge and field experience in planning and implementing public health programs and health systems strengthening in Maharashtra, with a focus on RMNCH (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health).

* Familiarity with the Indian public health system, flagship health initiatives, and relevant government policies (NHM, Ayushman Bharat, ABDM, National Health Programs, etc.).

* Proven ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.

* Ability to work in a complex environment with multiple tasks and short deadlines.

* Excellent command of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Fluency in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

* Excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and report writing skills.

* Strong facilitation, team-building, and coordination skills.

* Ability to work effectively in multi-site organizations and team-based structures.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Access to a two-wheeler is preferred.
