**Job Description: Block Lead – Economic Inclusion Program (EIP) at The/Nudge Institute**

**Location:** Ribhoi District, Meghalaya

**Position Overview:**  

The Block Lead role involves implementing The/Nudge’s graduation approach in collaboration with Meghalaya State Rural Livelihoods Society (MSRLS). This program targets 4,000 ultra-poor households, particularly single mothers, through community institutions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– Mobilize vulnerable women into groups and SHGs.

– Capacity building of local community cadres.

– Facilitate access to government entitlements and social security schemes.

– Develop livelihood plans and facilitate credit access.

– Ensure timely, quality implementation as per guidelines.

– Collect and report data; contribute to knowledge management.

**Qualifications:**

– Degree in rural development, poverty eradication, or related field.

– Experience in block-level roles with local language proficiency.

– Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
